Poster Abstract Submission Form

Metagenomics 2008 invites you to submit an abstract related to metagenomics. Areas of research might include environmental and community genomes, microbial diversity and evolution, symbiosis, endosymbiosis, extremophiles, biogeochemistry, technical challenges (e.g. annotation systems, sequencing technologies, reads assembling, and visualization), and any other areas related to functional diversity of biological components in ecosystems. A limited number of abstracts will be selected for oral presentation and for tutorial/demonstration (from those submitted). Others will be presented in the form of posters.

The submission deadline for abstracts is 11:59 PM Pacific Daylight Time, Friday, September 5, 2008. The conference scientific committee will review all abstracts and make selections based on content, objectives, and relevance to conference themes. All who submit abstracts will receive notification of the committee's decision no later than September 30. For preparing and submitting your abstract, see below.
